摘要：

Steps are observed on the magnetization hysteresis loop for an oriented crystal sample of [PPh4][Mn12O12(O2CEt)(16)(H2O)(4)] and these are taken as evidence for field-tuned resonant magnetization tunnelling between quantum levels of the S = 19/2 ground state.
