Study on the leakages of high pressure common rail injector in diesel engine

摘要
Based on it's typical structure analysis, the simulation model of common rail injector in diesel engine is established, and the leakage characters are analyzed. The results show that the leakages increase quickly with the increase of common rail pressure, and the sealing clearances have a little influence on leakage. The developed injector is tested in the test bed. The experiment results show that the developed injector has a small controlling fuel quantity.
