摘要：

With the continuous improvement of living standards, people pay more and more attention to the protection of personal privacy. As a fundamental right of citizens, it has important influence and significance to protect the privacy of citizens by the constitution. This paper analyzes the concept of privacy, expounds the present situation of privacy protection in our country and puts forward some suggestions to perfect the constitutional protection of privacy.
