The tunneling conductance G(V) at various temperatures was measured for the planar junction fabricated on Bi2Sr2Ca1-xNxCu2O8 (BSCCO). The optimal doped and the over-doped BSCCO were prepared by doping oxygen and I or by substituting Na for Ca. The pseudo-gap was observed in BSCCO ranging from the optimal doped region to the over doped one for both doping methods. The gap structure due to superconducting state was clear at 4.2 K, weakened with increasing temperature, disappear near T-c, and was followed by pseudo-gap above T-c. The pseudogap was observable up to 180 K whose thermal energy is near the spin gap energy.
