摘要
The article attempts to comprehensively describe development trends, essential features, peculiarities, and forms of the mechanism of public-private partnership. The analysis of the functions of public-private partnership is presented with the actualization of the main goals of public and private partners. The article presents the attempt to reveal the main positive effects of public-private partnership, as well as possible difficulties for both the public partner and the private partner. It is shown that the current high interest in public-private partnership (PPP), its various schemes and mechanisms is determined by the fact that the cooperation of public authorities with the private sector in various fields can offer and provide a number of benefits and attractive opportunities. The results of the study can be taken into account by state and municipal authorities, both in the development of state strategy for the development of PPP, and in the formation of the legal framework in this area.
