摘要
Based on the distribution of water resources in China, an evaluation system of water resources development and utilization in the first-level area of water resources is established, and an evaluation model of water resources development is constructed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis method. After determining the membership function of the evaluation target, the fuzzy set is determined by using the function to obtain the evaluation matrix, and the evaluation grade index is finally obtained. The evaluation results are discussed and analyzed, and the relevant suggestions for water resources development and utilization are put forward based on the actual situation of water resources in the first-level area of water resources in China. The results show that the development and utilization degree of water resources in the Yangtze River Basin and the Yellow River Basin is high, while the development and utilization degree of water resources in the northwest rivers and other areas is low, and the results are consistent with the actual situation. In view of the great intensity of water resources development and utilization in the Yellow River Basin and the Yangtze River Basin, it is suggested to strengthen the construction of sustainable development and utilization, and make a reasonable layout and planning of China's water resources.
