摘要：
As a major agriculture province, since joined the WTO, export-oriented agriculture in Heilongjiang Province has developed rapidly. The features of export-oriented agriculture is high-quality, green and industrialization, all these features determining that to develop export-oriented agriculture need more financial support. But in recent years, commercial finance institutions in rural areas have contracted substantial business departments, policy-oriented finance support for agriculture tend to weak and the outflows of rural capital have restricted the development of export-oriented agriculture and rural economic. In this paper, through designing the performance evaluation indicators of finance support for the development of export-oriented agriculture, using of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to evaluate the performance of finance support for the development of export-oriented agriculture in Heilongjiang Province.
