摘要：
With the advent of the financial crisis, the original employment problems of college students has become sterner. Besides, both the unreasonable special establishment and the sliding education quality of colleges have seriously influenced the employment rate of graduates. This paper analyzes the employment situation of colleges students under the financial crisis, and probes the reasons of poor employment, and then puts out measures to deal with the employment problems of colleges students from foreign experience.
