摘要：

Outside-classroom training of Oral English can be carried out by means of modern network communication technology, which enables the breakthrough in teaching content, time and space and teaching pattern. This continuation and development of the school teaching provides students with the opportunities to speak English on this interactive platform on which they are keen. As a result, students' consciousness of participation is awakened and their language skills are improved with increased confidence.
