摘要
as a hot research spot emerging in recent years, lab-ona-chip has broad application prospects in gene analysis, biological detection, chemical engineering and other fields. In order to improve the mixing efficiency of micro-mixer, this paper designs two kinds of single-side and double-side channel bottom blocking micro-mixer, and simulates and analyzes its flow field characteristics and mixing effect. The results showed that after the mixing distance of 2mm, the mixing effect of the two-sided blocking device was about 50% higher than that of the one-side blocking device, which provided a better idea and basis for the further study of similar micro-mixer in the back sequence.
