Photoexcitation and transport characteristics in doped manganite thin films

摘要
The photoinduced change of the transport characteristic in(La,Ca)MnOdelta thin films was observed under illumination with visible light. The transition temperature T-c in oxygen deficient thin films increases with increasing right intensity. The photoinduced effect in fully oxidized thin films is in sharp contrast to that observed in the oxygen deficient samples. This effect relaxes back within several days at room temperature. We suggest that a novel photodoping effect may exist in doped manganites. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
