摘要
The core competence or the competitive advantage of a company is a set of valuable technologies and abilities that particularly exist in the company and are hard to be copied. Different companies in different industries would have different competitive systems. The construction enterprises have distinctive features so that it is required to build up a scientific evaluation system to reflect the core competence. The authors apply Fuzzy Mathematic theories to establishing the index system for evaluating the core competence of construction enterprises and quantifying the results. A case in practice is also discussed in the paper. The effort provides a new method for the construction enterprises to identify their own competitive advantages.
