Synthesis and influence of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid hydrazide over the organic acids content in wheat plants

摘要
In the present study synthesis and influence of 4-chlorphoenoxyacetic acid hydrazide over the general content of organic acid, summarised content of di- and three-carbonic acids (DTA) and also the particular content of di- and three-carbonic acids in young wheat plants were investigated. Hydrazide action at different concentrations (10(-4), 10(-5), 10(-6) mol dm(-3)) leads to a decrease of the common content of organic acids in plants after 24-,48- and 72-hour treatment with this substance. The change in summarised content of di- and three-carbonic acids (SigmaDTCA) is expressed with a decrease at 10(-6) mol dm(-3) and it rises up at all the rest concentrations. Under the influence of hydrazide of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid (4-CPA), the amount of all the other DTC changes in accordance with the duration of application of the substance and the applied concentrations. Treating of plants with low concentration (10(-6) mol dm(-3)) results in decrease of content of the measured acids.
