Electronic Raman scattering experiments were performed on underdoped single crystal La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 (LSCO). The B-1g and B-2g spectra were obtained above and below T-c and dynamic relaxations were calculated. The pair-breaking peaks have an unusual excitation energy dependence and low-energy behavior. The results indicate that something in LSCO is different from Y- and Bi-system. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
