摘要
Features of structure formation were studied for austenitic stainless Cr-Ni-Mn steels with nitrogen (0.13 - 0.38 %) and silicon (0.54 - 1.45 %) under hot deformation at 900 - 1100 degrees C. The critical temperature for the onset of dynamic recrystallization increases with decreasing silicon at given nitrogen content, and with increasing nitrogen at given silicon content and strain. Diagrams of dynamic recrystallization were obtained in coordinates "deformation temperature - strain". Hot deformation schedules for the dominating dynamically polygonized structure were determined allowing to increase yield strength to increase by 35 % at satisfactory plasticity.
