Small and medium-sized enterprises construct an important factor of GDP growth and they are also the dominant force and main carriers promoting development of modern society. There are ninety nine percent enterprises in China that are small and medium-sized enterprises, which contribute sixty percent gross national product. In spite of this, the small and medium-sized enterprises in China still have some obstacles at present when the technologies develop quickly. It requires a great many improvements among the aspects of talents, funds and management. The technological innovation theory is the development theory put forward latest. Its influence on enterprise development cannot be estimated according to statistics. Thus it can be seen that it is necessary to apply technological innovation into small and medium-sized enterprises in future.
