The genus Amathia Lamouroux (Bryozoa: Ctenostomata) in Iberian waters

摘要：
Previous records of Amathia in Iberian waters are revised, taking into account both existing literature and material held in different collections. Two new species are introduced (Amathia delicatula sp. nov. and Amathia minoricensis sp. nov.), both originate from the Mediterranean. The re-discovery of the original material of Amathia semiconvoluta, described by Lamouroux (1824), permitted designation of a lectotype and re-description of the species. Finally, our previous record of Amathia distans Busk, 1886, is here considered to belong to Bowerbankia pustulosa (Ellis & Solander, 1786).
