摘要
Thermal sensitive.oiled artificial muscles with a large muscle stroke (87%) based on oriented ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers were created. The storage modulus and the recovery stress were used as indicators to determine the optimal conditions for the orientation process of the UHMWPE fibers. The working mechanism of the coiled artificial muscles was discussed in terms of a one-way shape memory effect (SME).
