摘要
Based on the analysis of research result of Mass Customization (MC) both at home and abroad, the virtual Enterprise (VE) can be considered to be one of the approaches to carry out the agile development of Mass Customization products.. Also the main problems of cost, efficiency, risk, organizational management, information transmission and product data management confronted in MC product development are analyzed. The customization types in combing with modularization and production postpone point are individually used to study the product and production tactics for MC product development. This paper proposes the MC product development tactics and information co-sharing tactics based on virtual multi-function working team and the information establishing model with product model data exchange standard.
