摘要
It is very important problem for the utilization of waste bottle glass discharged a large quantity. In this study, Portland cement in the addition of waste bottle powder was cured in a saturated water vapor at 20 degrees C for May to 10years. Compressive strength, reaction ratio of alite, reaction products, amount of produced calcium hydroxide, reaction ratio of the glass, amount of dissolved alkali in the pore solution and pore size distribution of the hardened pastes were measured. The effect of the waste bottle glass powder on the hydration process, strength development and pore structure of the hardened cement were discussed. The results obtained are as follows. 1) Waste bottle glass powder has a pozzolanic reactivity. 2) Waste bottle glass powder accelerates the hydration rate of alite. 3) Compressive strength of the samples cured for 10years was increased by the pozzolanic reaction of the glass. 4) The pore size distribution in the samples with glass shifts to small, because of the pozzolanic reaction of the grass powder.
