摘要
The models, efficient procedures and the implementation of DSP techniques in the digital processing of time data to produce rotating machinery order information are presented in this paper, Computed synchronous resampling and order tracking is used for analysis of wide set of run-up or run-down rotation machinery vibrations and noises, and for analysis machinery with unstable rotation speed, For increasing of an analyzer dynamic range in the given article is offered to execute resampling amplitude of signal in nem designed time moments with the help of filtering in the order domain, In addition, accurate diagnosis of different gears can be done when order ratio analysis is used jointly with the diagnostic function.
