摘要
Structural regularities of the transformation of PAN fibers into high-strength sp(2)-carbon fiber by high-temperature thermomechanical treatment were established using Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Radial heterogeneity of the fiber structure was revealed and quantitatively characterized by Raman micro-mapping.
