摘要：
The situation and outlook of satellite net-works used in high speed railway were outlined. Also, it was proposed that, besides GSM-R, satel-lite access scheme should be introduced into high speed railway system to enhance the safety and robustness of system. Feasibility of the proposed scheme was discussed from the view of technology and economy.
