摘要
A transformer-less current source inverter (CSI) topology suitable for single-phase solar photovoltaic grid integration is presented in this paper. The proposed topology is obtained by modifying conventional CSI topology by placing an additional switch, using a common-mode inductor, and capacitors whose mid-point is connected to neutral of the grid, thereby minimizing the flow of ground leakage current. Further, conduction losses could he reduced due to the additional switch. The effectiveness of the proposed topological modification to minimize leakage current is examined through analysis and simulation of the system using MATLAB/ Simulink for a 500W system.
