摘要：

In order to become a learner and researcher centered higher education leader, one should have some unique attributes. They focus on student learning and researcher working. They have the ability to manage change. They know the details of changing process and always acknowledge that organic resistance is part of change process. They prefer use scale scores to record students' grade. And they improve themselves and the college continuously. They believe change should be sustained.
