摘要
Extramammary Paget disease is a rare skin intraepithelial adenocarcinoma. Our case presents 68Ga-fibroblast activation protein inhibitor and 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in a patient with perineum extramammary Paget disease. Compared with 18F-FDG PET/CT, the primary tumor, enlarged pelvic lymph nodes and right maxillofacial lesion showed higher uptake in 68Ga-fibroblast activation protein inhibitor PET/CT. © 2020 Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc.
