Oxford Internet Institute debuts

Bill Dutton, who is the director of the Oxford Internet Institute at Oxford University in the United Kingdom, was interviewed by Computing in Science & Engineering magazine. The magazine asked him about his views on how the institute can further knowledge of Internet's effect on society. Bill Dutton emphasized the role of public policy, cybersecurity and use of emerging technologies to improve the Internet's role in society.
