摘要
The crystallization of the glass, 0.2BaO-1.8SrO-1.0TiO(2)-2.9SiO(2), in the BaO-SrO-TiO2-SiO2 system was studied and the piezoelectric properties of the resulting two-phase glass-ceramic composite determined in detail, This composite material exhibits properties for use as sensitive elements in standard transducers, A 0.5-5 MHz hydrophone using this glass-ceramic was fabricated, and exhibited stable sensitivities as well as good directional responses and temperature stability.
