Determination of urapidil by flow injection chemiluminescence

摘要
A reverse flow injection chemiluminescence(CL) method for the determination of urapidil was firstly described. It was found that the CL intensity from the Luminol-ClO- system could be enhanced in the presence of urapidil. The increase of CL emission was correlated with urapidil mass concentration in the range from 0.2 to 100 mug/mL, the detection limit was 0.01 mug/mL and the relative standard deviation was 1.3% (rho = 4 mug/mL, n = 11), a sampling frequency of 150 h(-1) was attained. The method was applied to the determination of leucoge in pharmaceutical preparations with recovery of 101.0% and 101.3%.
