摘要
This paper shortly describes the main sources of noise in MOS transistors and CMOS amplifiers and presents two circuit techniques, namely autozeroing and chopper stabilization, that can be used to efficiently reduce or even eliminate any 1/f noise component and bring the CMOS amplifier noise down to the fundamental thermal noise.
