摘要:
In this paper, electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT)-like window is found in plasmonic wave guide side coupled slot resonator system. Finite-difference time-domain simulation method is used to investigate the transmission spectra. The simulation results demonstrate the bandwidth of the EIT-like spectrum and the operating wavelength can be flexible handled by varying the geometric parameters of the plasmonic structures. Additionally, both symmetrical and asymmetrical plasmonic slot resonators coupled structures show high order resonance mode, which results in a higher sensitivity. The results in our paper may have potential application in optical switching, highly integrated optical circuits and biological medicine. (C) 2016 Elsevier GmbH. All rights reserved.
