摘要
The nowadays bigger part of the medium voltage power grids is a cable part and the earth-fault currents increase. When the capacitive current at single phase to earth current is greater than 10 A, the neutral of the grids has to be grounded. The aim of the paper is to investigate eventual voltages (touch and step) at place of the earth fault in the grids when the soil resistivity has high values. To be possible to analyze the acceptability of the voltages' values they were compared with values, received using formulas from an international standard of IEEE.
