Interdisciplinarity in High School integrated courses: documents and practices at IFMG

摘要
The research that resulted in this article had as objective to analyze documents and practical aspects of interdisciplinarity at the courses of High School integrated with Construction of the Instituto Federal de Minas Gerais. The methods used were documentary and bibliographic review; analysis of Course Projects; development and application of a questionnaire with coordinators of the analyzed courses. The bibliographic review was developed around the definitions and implementing forms of interdisciplinarity, and the documentary review was focused on understanding the legal aspects that delimit its implementation possibilities. The analysis of the Course Projects revealed that these documents mention interdisciplinarity with some frequency, but without the instruments for its effective realization, which is conditioned to teachers' initiatives. In consultations with the coordinators, it was possible to identify initiatives on campi that seek interdisciplinarity, however these activities are not yet consolidated. The conclusion presents indications to contribute for a wider adoption of this teaching method, considering the studied campuses' reality.
