We present a theory for the three possible resonant, femtosecond, infrared four wave mixing techniques (-k(1)+k(2)+k(3), k(1)-k(2)+k(3), k(1)+k(2)-k(3)) in coupled, localized, vibrational systems which includes broadening effects with arbitrary time scales and degrees of correlation.
