摘要
The nasal drug route provides a viable alternative for many drugs which are presently administered via parenteral and oral routes. Nasal drug absorption is optimized by improving on formulation excipients, designing various types of novel nasal dosage forms, and understanding the mechanisms of nasal drug absorption.
