摘要
A fundamental design study of 0.45-6.0 MW retrofit HTS generators for co-generation systems, composed of Bi-2223 superconductor field windings at 30 K with a conventional stator, was carried out. The influence of generator parameters such as synchronous reactance and the rotor diameter on the generator weight, efficiency and superconductor volume was studied. Generator parameters were optimized considering the trade-offs between these parameters, and the design results of the HTS generators were compared with conventional generators, and the quantitative performance of these, generators was clarified.
