摘要：

The model of a simultaneous nucleation and motion of several dislocation lines on a simulation area with obstacles (defects) located randomly thereon is briefly described. We present the algorithm of constructing a "stress-relative strain" dependence upon tension of samples at a specified constant strain rate. From the results of experiments performed using the mathematical model, the dependence of the "yield tooth" on the initial dislocation density and strain rate is shown.
