center dot Poor sleep quality and insufficient quantity has been found to induce negative changes in immune system function. center dot The impact sleep has on immune function and overall quality of life is best exemplified among people living with human immunodeficiency virus. center dot Health care providers can provide information about the benefits of spending time in natural spaces as part of complementary therapy for sleep disorders.
