摘要
This paper adopts sugarcane as the raw material to study the influence of different comminuting degree on biogas production. The results show the launching speed of sugarcane leaves can be accelerated and the peak value of biogas production can appear in advance if powdery sugarcane leaves are applied for anaerobic fermentation. Meanwhile, the peak value appears at the earliest when screen mesh of comminuting machine is 20 meshes. Low comminuting degree can gain high total biogas output. But after significance analysis of total biogas output with Duncan's new multiple range method, the result shows the difference is not significant. After comprehensive consideration of benefit maximization of anaerobic dry fermentation of sugarcane leaves, 1cm comminuting degree is ideal.
