摘要：
A study of 148 businesses in seven dissimilar industry groups confirmed that specific individual components of environmental turbulence results in organizations implementing enhanced entrepreneurial practices. Organizations emphasize individualism, risk-taking and innovation and a results-orientation to cope with perceived external organizational turbulence.
