摘要
Digital innovations affect company performance and results by changing business models, expanding markets, and attracting new customers. At the same time, an active role is played by the impact on the modernization of production processes at all stages of the product life cycle and the emergence of new business lines. Companies are concerned about the need to improve their competitiveness and strengthen their positions in the market based on innovation and the introduction of digital production. At the same time, internal effects are associated with improving various aspects of the company's life and its economic performance. External effects affect customer relationships, competitiveness, and the company's position in the market. Of particular interest for this purpose are sustainability studies, which provide a viable research model for evaluating and confirming the potential impact of digitalization elements on economic, environmental, and social sustainability. Thus, digitalization of processes in the enterprise can be considered as a kind of green IT-focused on digital transformation and sustainable business models.
