摘要：

Posterior shoulder tightness (PST) is a common impairment implicated in the etiology of shoulder pain. Individuals participating in athletics have a predilection for PST, thus interventions to mitigate such tightness should be incorporated into training programs. This column presents exercises to address PST applicable to the asymptomatic and injured population.
