摘要
The quick performance evaluation of RMS has crucial influence on the system design and planning of RMS. In the paper, based on the performance evaluation and architecture of RMS and artificial intelligence theory, the Rough sets-based method is presented to deal with, reduce, reasoning the performance indicator data. And then the novel quick performance evaluation system based RST is also presented, which can discover quickly evaluate the performance of RMS.
