摘要：
The role of workflow technology in the modern organization management is more and more important in the information society. The paper adopts Activiti workflow technology in compensation management, puts forward the corresponding workflow model, discusses data organization and management in the process of the salary calculation, and developments the workflow system. The system realized the business process such as the data acquisition, task allocation, data flow and schedule control, which helps the managers to track the compensation management and improving the efficiency.
