Research on collaborative environment for organizational learning

Organizational Learning is one of the effective ways for the enterprise to face the challenge of Knowledge economy. On the basis of the brief introduction to the concept, mode and process of the organizational learning, combing with the development of network technology, this paper bring forward a structure model of collaboration learning environment used for organizational learning which base on the Browser/Server model, and makes detail description to the system structure, mainly function module and its characteristic.
