New monoterpene glucosides from Dracocephalum komarovi and their anti-inflammatory activity

摘要
Three new monoterpene glycosides, komarovins A-C (1-3), together with one known monoterpene glycoside (4) and two known phenolic compounds (5-6), were isolated and identified from the aerial parts of Dracocephalum komarovi. Their structures were established based on comprehensive spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with reported data. Compounds 2-4 were investigated for their inhibition against nitric oxide (NO) production in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages, and all of them displayed inhibitory effects on NO production.
