Resonant tunneling of the flux Phi between quantized energy levels in two macroscopically distinct fluxoid wells in a weakly damped rf SQUID has been observed. The tunneling rate vs. applied flux Phi(x) exhibits a series of local maxima where the levels in the two wells cross. Photon absorption processes have been observed where the energy of applied 100GHz radiation equals the level spacing.
