摘要：

The third party logistics is an emerging industry, it has gradually been paid close attention by the society. The third party logistics of China is at an initial stage of development, it has been impacted by a number of foreign large-scale enterprises. In the tough competition of the market, the source of sustainable competition is the core competence. The core competence of the enterprise can optimize the allocation of resources of the enterprise and society, therefore, the third party logistics enterprise must focus limited resources on the core business, highlight their core competence, so that they really get a long-term competitive advantage.
