摘要
The solid solutions ceramics based on sodium niobate and strontium niobate (1-X)NaNbO3-xSr(2)Nb(2)O(7) were prepared under different technological modes by a solid-phase synthesis with the following sintering using a conventional ceramic technology. The results of studying their dielectric properties in the temperature range of 10 divided by 900 K and frequency range of 20 divided by 10(6) Hz are presented. Curie temperature dependence on the solid solution component concentration in the perovskite region of the system (0 <= x <= 0.2) was established.
