摘要
We report a rare case of D-transposition of the great arteries with intramural origin of both the left and right coronary arteries. The patient under-went a successful arterial switch operation at 7 days of life with an uneventful postoperative course. Regardless of challenging coronary anatomy, the arterial switch operation remains the optimal approach for repair of the transposition of the great arteries in the neonate.
